As The Forum Restaurant has been closed for the last 5 weeks to help suppress the spike of the Pandemic, we are pleased to announce we will be reopening our doors with reduced hours from Thursday 30th April.
Our new opening times are:
Thursday to Sunday 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
The restaurant will provide a collection and delivery service, within a 3 mile radius and a minimum order of £10.
For Collections: We have implemented the now familiar social distancing guideline where the 2 metre markings are clearly displayed on the floor as you enter the restaurant. We will operate a One Way System in which you enter via the main entrance, and then exit through our side door so there will be no cross passing with anybody behind you. All doors will also be propped opened so there will be no touching of door handles.
For Deliveries: Our drivers will be suitably protected with facemasks and disposable gloves. They will leave your order on the doorstep upon arrival, knock on the door and then step back to wait for you to acknowledge the delivery. They will be provided with sanitisers and are instructed to use them after every drop.
The preferred payment is via Card Transaction over the phone. For customers wishing to collect, Contactless Payment or Cash are both welcome.
We hope the guidelines above will reassure everyone we are only reopening with the absolute safety of our staff and customers in mind, and any suggestions to improve our services will be gratefully received.
